We’re introducing a new shipping label feature on Bandcamp, powered by EasyPost. Sellers can now purchase and print discounted shipping labels directly from the Merch Orders page, bringing built-in label printing back to the platform.
This update is designed for independent artists and labels who manage their own fulfillment and want a simpler, more integrated way to ship orders.
What’s new
With the new in-platform shipping label purchase and printing, sellers can:
- Access discounted shipping rates directly through Bandcamp
- Buy and print shipping labels from Merch Orders without leaving the platform
- Choose from multiple major carriers to find the right option for each order
- Create labels for both domestic and international shipments
- Reduce shipping mistakes with built-in address checks
Shipping labels are generated as downloadable PDFs and can be printed immediately after purchase.
Note: At launch, shipping labels are best supported for sellers in the U.S. and Canada, where we’ve seen the most consistent results across carriers.
International shipping may be available in some cases, depending on carrier support and configuration, though results can vary. For more details and setup guidance, visit our Help Center.
How it works
To get started, sellers will:
- Follow links from Bandcamp merch orders or tools pages to create a special EasyPost account
- Add a payment method in EasyPost
- Connect their EasyPost API key in Bandcamp
- Purchase and print shipping labels directly from the Merch Orders page
Once connected, labels can be generated as orders come in, helping sellers spend less time on logistics and more time on creating and selling their work. Detailed setup instructions are available in the Help Center.
